Overview
Sometimes newborns need a little help upon entering the world. That’s why Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital offers the Special Care Nursery at Delnor Hospital*. This Level II-E Special Care Nursery provides this support for low birth-weight infants, premature infants and term infants with complications.
Parking and Transportation
General parking is available 24/7 and is patrolled by security staff. Security escorts are provided for visitors with at least a 20-minute notice. If you have a safety concern or need an escort, please call the Safety and Security Department at 630.397.7700 or TTY for the hearing impaired 630.933.4833.

A nondenominational chapel is located on the hospital's first floor near Elevator B and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You are welcome to write your prayer requests on the prayer cards located in the chapel.
