Olivia is professional, knowledgeable she is present in the appointment and listens and is absolutely plugged into me and what I am dealing with. In addition, Olivia is absolutely and incredibly responsive on MyChart. Olivia is easy to talk with especially with uncomfortable subject matter. Olivia has a way about her that make me feel at ease and comfortable, which allows me discuss openly my medical concerns. Olivia is worth more than what you pay her (I don't know what she is getting paid) I'm just saying, don't let her get away! Thank you Olivia, and I appreciate what you do - Ron Graziano
