5.0 star star star star starExtremely knowledgeable and an excellent diagnostisian. The hearing in my right ear was greatly diminished, and there were several possible reasons. His conclusion was right on the money. He executed a procedure that gave my complete hearing back. I am forever grateful.

5.0 star star star star starExcellent doctor and very professional, he cares about the patient. He lets me know exactly what is going on during the entire time he is with me. He takes the time to explain the procedure so that I have a very clear understanding of my surgery and the follow-up.

5.0 star star star star starAs I stated previously, Dr. Micco saw me for my ear issue in 1994 and was the one who performed the surgery so that I could get better. He did a great job and I have not had a recurrence since 1997. He still sees me to make sure there is no recurrence so it has been more than 20 years and he is the best

5.0 star star star star starSimply the best. Provided me with all the details both pre and post surgery. He did a fantastic job on my surgery despite some unexpected bone growth and I am healing/progressing exactly as he had prescribed..

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
