5.0 star star star star starVery helpful/positive, answered all my questions, agreed with exercises I’m doing, happy with my progress so far, gave me a plan to get down to one crutch or cane, trusted me to know my own body and be confident with additional walking and removing crutches completely. Explained why Dr [ ] wanted to be overly cautious with 50% weight bearing which I appreciated-better be cautious and successful than screw up my surgery. Very happy my pain level is low.

5.0 star star star star starElizabeth was very friendly and professional. She had knowledge of all phases of my TKA including required pre-op procedures and medications, current condition and medications, PT activities and next phase recommendations. She was very accommodating and answered all my questions. She is an important part of Dr. [ ]’s team and her actions reinforced that my decision to use NM for this procedure was absolutely correct.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
