5.0 star star star star starHe has always treated me more holistically and cares about my mental health along with my physical health. He listens well and is open to answering all of my questions about things that’s I’ve researched regarding my care. I’ve never felt pressured to follow his plan of care; we discuss it and he encourages me to make my own decisions.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Gallo was awesome. He was great with hearing me out & letting me explain my past experiences. I wish I knew he existed 10 years ago - the testing was completely painless & quick. His explanations were thorough and I feel that I’m heading in the right direction to get my health back on track.

5.0 star star star star starHe did my exam. He sat and talked to me. He listened to me and addressed all my concerns. I have had issues with past surgeries. He didn’t brush my fears off. He addressed them and ordered an additional test. He let me know if additional questions to call him.

5.0 star star star star starI have found Dr. Gallo to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is more than willing to take the time to explain my medical situation and he is compassionate. I appreciate the fact that he observed that my anxiety issues were affecting my medical condition and he prescribed something that has really helped. I have only known him for 7 months but I have been extremely impressed with him as a gynecologist.

5.0 star star star star starAlso, kind and understanding. My daughter has special needs and he worked within her limitations. Didn’t feel the evaluation we went in for was necessary and no need to put her through it. Most grateful.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
