5.0 star star star star starI simply cannot rave enough about this Dr she came into the room having studied 18 months of tests, charts, and all my ‘words’ about tge condition. Spent over an hr one on one with me. Was patient, thorough, Didn’t miss a thing. Gave me a diagnosis, and a good understanding of what was going on. And although it’s not fixable, she discussed options of how to understand and deal With my condition. And for the first time in 18 months I have HOPE

5.0 star star star star starShe’s very attentive and she makes me feel as though she’s really interested in figuring out my condition. She’s very thorough, and I trust her judgement and her intelligence. She’s very approachable- some doctors make me feel like they don’t want to spend any more time than they have to, like “ let’s get this visit over with“ kind of feeling, but Dr. Cherayil did not have any of that vibe at all.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Cherayil is wonderful. She’s smart, thoughtful, thorough, kind, very pleasant and good at explaining things. She has made time to see me urgently twice when necessary. I couldn’t ask for more in a specialist.

4.0 star star star star star_borderVery kind, knowledgeable, didn’t rush me or act like she had other things to do. Only feedback is to put phone in silent/vibrate unless needed, it was going off throughout the appointment and was a bit distracting

5.0 star star star star starI felt like Dr. Neena Cherayil really listened to me, I didn’t feel rushed. I felt like even though this was my first visit with her, I felt like she had already looked into my file and knew a little bit about me and my issue. I was really impressed with that. And impressed with her knowledge and demeanor. I felt like I really trusted her.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
