5.0 star star star star starDr. Schaff is very kind and personable and speaks to me with respect. My only issue is that I received results form my surgery prior to speaking with him and I had to wait a week for an appointment to discuss the results which was a source of anxiety.

5.0 star star star star starI came to him with an issue that I didn’t think could be solved but he knew just what to do. He’s kind and doesn’t rush the appointment. Answered all my questions. And his PA, Chloe is fantastic.

5.0 star star star star starAfter 7 years of getting the run around for bph I was only offered pills and minimal treatment from two other urologists. Dr Schaff has already done more for me in my first 3 visits. I am grateful to be treated as a human being and not just an office visit

5.0 star star star star starI felt heard, seen, listened to, acknowledged, and affirmed. His focus seemed to be on me and not on his computer screen. He rate but apologized. I do wish he was masked. Overall, I would recommend him to another.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
