Dr. Russo takes time and doesn't rush through the appointment. She is very thorough. The gel injection was done with accompanying ultrasound to insure that the gel was delivered to the correct location in my knee.

She not only understood my physical problems but circumstances in my general life - my limitations due to out of state university studies and travel etc. Made several helpful real life recommendations (types of shoes to wear, exercises to do), was sensitive to and responsive to my needs (privacy to change), I never felt rushed. Her examination was professional and pleasant. We laughed, we bonded over similar experiences. I felt a connection that made me trust her.
