5.0 star star star star starShe was kind, quick, thorough and answered my questions. She was able to engage in a conversation to make me feel comfortable. The ability to make someone feel comfortable in what a person perceives to be an uncomfortable situation is a gift not many physicians possess.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Fesenmyer is the best. Beyond her obvious intelligence, she is kind, compassionate, and relatable. Her keen wit and wonderful sense of humor not only make me laugh but put me at ease during these annual exams. She is a credit to her profession and I would recommend her without reservation.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Fesenmyer is 100% the reason I chose to have my annual exams and additional procedures with Northwestern Medicine. She makes me feel comfortable to share my medical information and she is comforting when I have had unpleasant tests. She took excellent care of me and my baby 8 years ago and she continues to be thorough and look out for my health.

5.0 star star star star starI had an IUD insertion for the first time and I was extremely nervous. The procedure is painful but she did an amazing job and was so quick. She is very good at her job and is so good at calming the patient and making sure they understand everything that is going to happen. She talked to me the entire time and made several check ups on me afterword to make sure I was doing ok. Her nurses were also excellent and tried lots of different things to help me with the cramps.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
