I appreciated that Dr. Tan was sympathetic to my symptoms and gave me person-centered care. I left my appointment with resources in hand and the choice about how to proceed and that felt very affirming to be informed about my own treatment.

Dr. Bruce Tan truly knows how to care for his patient. He is the type of doctor who would do and check first what needs to be done based on the feedback his patient.He went deeper checking where and what is causing my complaint before having a C-SCAN to determine as to whether it is necessary or applicable to use. As far as I am concern he does a very thorough job and I hold him high in terms of trustworthiness because I trust him. To me I put his practice at par on the scale of The Code of Medical Ethics and Professionalism, if there is ever as such. If there is any I hold him high for that matter. I hope he continues doing a great job. In my opinion his patients matters to him the most.

Dr. Tan is amazing! After giving up on my chronic nasal issues for decades, I finally decided to give it one more try. After searching ENT doctors extensively, I found Dr. Tan. I am very pleased with my first visit today. He was super knowledgeable, thorough and explained my options and his recommendations in details. Above all, he is a very nice! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Tan is approachable and conversational. He explains and demonstrates to you, the patient, your illness. He showed me the CT Scan and explained my condition. I appreciated his approach. He even lightened the experience with a little levity.
