I would recommend Dr. Starr for care because of her top-notch expertise in the field, her confident and empowering demeanor, and her friendly bedside manner. Dr. Starr helped me find my strength during an outpatient procedure. She gave me reassurance and comfort afterwards, without an inkling of judgement. I waited several months to see Dr. Starr but she was well worth the wait.
