2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderDoctor is forgetful, and has confused me with a different patient. Also had me waiting in the patient room for 45 minutes, nobody came and told me that she was behind or that she would be late.

5.0 star star star star starShe's very detailing and takes the time to explain what's going on to the point that you really don't have any questions. But she does ask you if you have any. She made me feel as though she was really concerned about my health.

5.0 star star star star starI would and have recommended Dr. Zinn to anyone that is seeking pulmonary care. She is patient and thorough with her patients. She explains things so that you can understand, thus the need to ask additional questions is diminished because she addresses them in the first place. I never feel "rushed" when I see her. I can only attribute this to her scheduling of appointments. She knows that she needs this much time to discuss this and thus you are scheduled accordingly. Dr. Zinn not only addresses your pulmonary health but your overall health. She informs you of anything that she feels is going to make your health better. She truly cares. She is definitely one of the best, if not the best doctor I have.

5.0 star star star star starFor reasons mentioned above. Plus she's an extremely conscientious Doctor and was at ease dealing with the seniors. I felt very comfortable meeting her for the very first time and answering her many questions.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Zinn is a wonderful doctor who listens and spends a lot of time explaining test results, next steps, and answering questions. She is very thorough and looks at both small and large parts of the patient’s history and symptoms to form a complete assessment.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
