Margarita was great about hearing my concerns, and addressing them. I also appreciated the timeliness, as I've found there's often added waits to appointments despite an appointment being made. She went over everything very professionally and I could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure the discomfort I was experiencing was address and resolved.
