I would give a higher than 10 rating if I could. Dr. Stepan is amazing! She is calm, and patient and makes you feel like all her attention is focused on you, no distractions! She listens well, asks great questions and is honest about the prognosis in a reassuring way. I have a very rare diagnosis [diagnosis] and feel incredibly blessed to have found Dr. Stepan! I thank God for her! She is a great surgeon and I felt like I was in the best of hands, never felt nervous and the follow up has been amazing as well.

Dr stepan did a professional job on my surgery and scar is so well cut I believe time will hide the incision . Dr stepan cares about her patients and I appreciate medical expertise which she has worked so hard to obtain and emotional support is needed for patient healing and dr stepan has demonstrated both .

Dr Stepan is an excellent surgeon! I am so blessed to have had her perform my neck surgery. My follow up appointment with her went well, she is very pleasant and friendly. I was late for my appointment due to very bad traffic but she was kind enough to still see me which I sincerely appreciate!

Dr. Stepan is amazing! With many surgeons, once surgery is over they are done with you. I've had 2 post op appointments so far and another one scheduled. At each visit, she is very thorough and encourages questions, which she takes time to answer. She is very caring and personable.

I went to see Dr. Stepan for a 2nd opinion and she quickly became my doctor of choice. She was extremely knowledgeable, confident and calming in explaining my diagnosis and surgery plan. She answered most of my questions before I even had to ask them. She encourages you to ask questions and she listens and responds to everything. She did an amazing job with my surgery and post op care has been as great as my pre-op care.
