5.0 star star star star starSee above. I participate in a weekly [ ] support group sponsored by the Vasculitis Foundation. And I have recommended Dr. Anisha Dua to the group. If it weren't for Dr. Dua I would not have known about the [ ] Foundation and the excellent resources they provide.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Dua asks questions + explains her thinking when I ask questions. She also does a recap of what we discussed and the plan for my care. I feel included in the planning for the monitoring of my condition - this is a huge since I know I will be doing this for my whole life :)

5.0 star star star star starI'd had my appointment with Dr. Dua for perhaps 7-8 months. After seeing many doctors for my concern, when I finally met with Dr. Dua, she was at once knowledgable, friendly, kind -- & all around terrific! She took time to answer ALL my questions; never talked over me; & I NEVER felt rushed. She gave me practical solutions to help with my problem, scheduled labs & a follow-up. I would definitely recommend DR. ANISHA DUA specifically!

4.0 star star star star star_borderShe is very concerned about her patients and works with them to find a treatment/regiment. She is a confident doctor and is “up†on all things concerning her practice. She is also kind and caring. I was a little disappointed during this last visit that she didn’t look at me physically— look at my joints. True, another doctor did, but, as Dr. Dua is my doctor, my expectation was I be looked at by her.

5.0 star star star star starI have been a patient of Dr. Dua for 5 years. She is always welcoming, down to earth, compassionate and caring. She takes her time to listen to each of my concerns. I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for her tremendous care and knowledge of autoimmune diseases. Thank you!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
