I had an exceptional new patient visit with Dr. Ruckman today. She was extremely thorough and thoughtful, in addition to being friendly and down to earth. I am so glad I pursued changing my decades old the medication I have been taking for my migraines.

Kaitlyn is very attentive and cares about her patients and their needs. I don’t feel rushed and I feel cared for. I have battled migraines for so long that when I told her I need help, she went above and beyond to help treat my migraines and my worries. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

Her bedside manner is positive and refreshing. Her willingness to research and know history on the patient instead of making you repeat things many times was new! She was well prepared, knew what she was doing, had a solid action plan, discussed the plan with me and addressed any concerns I had relation to my plan of treatment.

OMGosh! Kaitlyn is fabulous! We discussed the results of my tests, were able to draw some conclusions, and set up future plans. I felt that Kaitlin was invested in helping me feel better. I also felt she was very knowledgeable. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend her simply because she has always listened to me. I saw other doctors previously for headaches and was told “people just get headaches”. She told me that was untrue and also sounded miserable to have to live with. She listened. And, helped me. Guess what?? I don’t have the headaches I used to have anymore. No major treatments, no side effects. Normal living, one minor pill that doesn’t harm me and I’m living a much more tolerable life. Thanks to her. <3
