5.0 star star star star starDr. Kohlhapp is attentive and seems to genuinely care for my concerns- which were many today. It’s obvious she’s very busy, but she took the extra minute to answer another question I had before she left, and I had a good understanding of next steps and follow up.

5.0 star star star star starThe only reason I’m not giving her a 10 is because I’ve only seen her twice. So far I couldn’t be happier she’s my doctor. She listens, is thorough and knows how to help. She understands the big picture as well as the issues at hand.

5.0 star star star star starThis was a new patent visit and Medicare annual physical and Dr. Kohlhapp took time to understand my complex medical history and reviewed all meds I was currently taking to understand why I was taking them. She was very thorough and very pleasant to deal with. She answered all my questions as well.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Kohlhapp is excellent; she listens to concerns and asks relevant and appropriate questions regarding past medical history. She focuses on current medical concerns offering suggestions and support strategies for improvement. The appointment was not rushed; I felt like she genuinely listened to me and spent the time to discuss things and clarify any questions I had. Referrals were appropriate, and there was follow up by Northwestern affiliates to set up appointments, per her referrals.

5.0 star star star star starShe listens and doesn’t make you feel rushed while still being efficient. I tried other doctors after she left her other practice where I’d seen her. I’m glad I found her again. She’s the best.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
