She works with myself and my 2 children. Michelle is polite, respectful, caring, comsiderate and BEYOND helpful. She always listens vary well to my questions and concerns and makes sure to take great notes. My family loves working with her and have switched insurance multiple times to make sure we are able to stay in her care. 100 out of 10 in our book.

The obvious reason is because of how great a doctor she has been to my family but the other reason is she cares to take the time to discuss the treatment plans and make you feel a part of the solution. Dr Hephner is not always going to tell you what you want to hear but she will not ever make you feel pressured into something either. She will make the tough choices to keep you safe and healthy but she will make them with you not just for you. I trust not only my life with her but my wife’s life and kids as well. Thank you again!
