5.0 star star star star starAriel has been amazing each time I've seen her during my pregnancy. She's answered all of my questions and my husband's and is so good at reassuring us. She offered a 12 week ultrasound which was very much appreciated. It's hard to know what's going on in early pregnancy and being able to see that the baby is ok and growing normally, on top of hearing its heartbeat, put us at ease. I'm glad to have her on my team.

5.0 star star star star starThis was hands down one of the best gyno appointments I've had. Dr. Derringer took the time to take down all my information herself (instead of relying on the nurses to do it), really familiarized herself with my medical history and personal background, and asked a lot of questions, which unfortunately is very rare in my experience. I felt seen and understood, and my priorities and values felt respected. Thank you for a great service. Looking forward to many more!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
