5.0 star star star star starWow..If I could give Dr Shum a 11 I would. She is warm, welcoming and very smart. I have never felt the ease and confidence that I feel with her. As they say "talk to me like I am a three yr old", meaning beak it down multiple times in terms I understand. She is a keeper...how did I get so lucky seeing her.
