5.0 star star star star starI'd say he is potentially the most professional, educated, calm, caring, medical doctor that I've met. I've been to very many doctors, and in my career in healthcare, that adds up to a lot of doctors I've worked with in my life. He was swift, listened to all of my many concerns. He took a seat when listening to me. He made sure that my husband also had no additional questions. His bedside demeanor made me feel like no question was too silly and he had plenty of time to make sure I was satisfied with the answers and understood all of the directions. The care he offers post-operative is phenomenal. He checked in right away and then exactly when he said he would, in the am. He followed through swiftly, in "my chart" systems to answer questions, order tests, and leave detailed summaries of visits or questions. We were even given his cell number if we needed to send pertinent information. When I called the office regarding my post- operative concerns while at home, he got me in immediately and saw me, taking care of the problem with a quick procedure and calmed our fears. I'm so very glad we have met him and entrusted my cancer care to him!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Kay was personable, thorough, and very clear in his explanations. During our previous consultation b4 surgery he met with myself and my daughter and showed us the scan of my enlarged thyroid gland and its effects on the trachea. He answered all our questions with patience and additional information. The surgery went very well and I felt no pain. We met today for post op visit and he asked if my breathing had improved and I told him yes and my wheezing had stopped. My scar is healing nicely and will be almost indiscernible, which I do appreciate. He is great!

5.0 star star star star starFirst they got my daughter in same day since she was having issues. Also, Dr. Kay respected my daughter and talked to her and not at her or just to me. It was very nice. He explained things in great detail to her and even gave her options.

5.0 star star star star starMy surgery went very smoothly and I had assurance that I could contact him with any difficulty at any time. Dr Kay's bedside manner is awesome and he was absolutely most reassuring and confident. I felt I was in good hands the entire time with surgery and post surgery.

5.0 star star star star starHe took time to explained and show me through an ultrasound exactly what was going on. He made me feel like he truly cared and explained what he thought would be my best options. He then gave me a different option if I would prefer it. Totally impressed with him.

5.0 star star star star starDr Kay is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is compassionate, caring, thorough, and excellent in his field. I feel like he is looking out for my health. I'm so grateful we found him and were able to be treated by him and the entire office of excellent, caring people!
