Electrosurgery is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat telangiectasia, or small red blood vessels. A tiny needle electrode introduces an electrical “spark” that coagulates each tiny vessel, making it nearly invisible. This procedure is most effective when treating just a few small red blood vessels at a time.
