Our licensed physical and occupational therapists offer one-on-one rehabilitation to help you reach the highest activity level possible.  

In addition to treatment, we focus on:

  • Identifying any underlying causes
  • Managing your injury or condition
  • Teaching you techniques and exercises to lower your risk of future injuries

We also work with your referring physician and other care team members to create a care plan for your needs and goals.

    Telehealth Rehabilitation Services

    We offer a program that can give you early access to physical therapy evaluation and care through telehealth appointments. You may be eligible for this program if you have:
