Helping You Recover, Return to Play and Perform Better
Northwestern Medicine Sports Rehabilitation offers treatment options for a wide variety of sports- and activity-related conditions following an injury or surgery. We aim to help you improve your strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and performance. Our therapists will work with you to create a tailored care plan to help you heal and get back to the activities you enjoy.
Our licensed physical and occupational therapists offer one-on-one rehabilitation to help you reach the highest activity level possible.
In addition to treatment, we focus on:
- Identifying any underlying causes
- Managing your injury or condition
