Breast Augmentation

Chest reconstruction to improve the size, shape, and symmetry of the breasts. This is often performed with silicone or saline implants.

Vaginoplasty

Reconstruction of the external genitalia is performed to create a vaginal canal and resurface the perineum. Our preferred primary vaginoplasty technique is called penile skin inversion vaginoplasty, which utilizes the skin of the penis and scrotum to line the vaginal canal. Revision vaginoplasties or special circumstances may require other techniques.

Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS)

FFS alters the structure and contours of the face to appear more feminine. There is no single procedure that is right for everyone, but FFS may include forehead or brow contouring, rhinoplasty, and jaw and chin contouring.
