Women’s Skin Health

The Northwestern Medicine Women’s Skin Health Clinic has a special focus of skin disorders that affect women.

We specialize in disorders that can result from hormone fluctuations, including during pregnancy, such as:

  • Acne
  • Rosacea
  • Hair loss

We also treat skin disorders that affect the vulva, which is the exterior part of female genitals.

We understand these disorders can be particularly sensitive. We strive to create a safe and understanding environment, focusing on compassionate care guided by shared decision-making and evidence-based treatment.
