Northwestern Medicine offers comprehensive, compassionate inpatient and outpatient care for urologic cancer, including state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment capabilities for men, women and adolescents. Specialists are available to support and collaborate with referring physicians through consultations, assistance with patient management and referrals.
Patients with urologic cancers of the prostate, bladder, kidney, testis and related organs are evaluated and managed with emphasis on an integrated, multidisciplinary and stage-specific approach. All of the team members are recognized leaders in their field of expertise, including surgical oncology, medical oncology and radiation oncology.
The strain of being diagnosed and living with urologic cancer can be overwhelming. Many patients and their families need help coping. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to listening and responding to patient concerns, promoting well-being and treating each individual with respect and compassion.
