We were scheduled for a nurse visit for vaccines only. I had tried to call and get a doctor visit this morning with no luck. The nurse said there were no more appointments for today. After hearing my 1 year old son's symptoms she spoke to Dr. Stiegal and she agreed to see us. A literal life saver for a very miserable baby! She was so kind and did not ever make me feel like we were an inconvenience. I truly appreciate her squeezing us in!

As noted above / the care and experience was really good. My daughter feels that once again she has her own doctor ( her previous pediatricians retired from another local group and my daughter is new to Northwestern Pediatrics).
