5.0 star star star star starI can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Kiley. I have never had a doctor include me in decisions the way she does - she actively listens, explains information in an easily digestible way, and cares about my input on what I’m comfortable with doing.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Kiley was patient, empathetic, easy to engage with, normal and human. She explained everything clearly and took as much time as I needed. For once with a doctor, I did not feel rushed and unheard. Dr. Kiley was really wonderful.

5.0 star star star star starShe is very thorough, patient and kind in addressing my questions while also explaining things. Had a recent procedure with her that was quick and not as painful as the first time I got it done. Soft touch!

5.0 star star star star starShe is so empathetic, professional and just sincerely a nice person. I like how she explains what she's doing every step of the way and has a strong understanding of how the patient is feeling--and goes out of her way to ease the anxiety.

5.0 star star star star starSame as above. Best best side care, attentive, shows concern, follows up, knows the big and small details (medical history, what to watch for, my daughters name, wished me happy birthday). She is the best!

5.0 star star star star starI scheduled with Dr. Kiley because she had an earlier appointment opening than Dr. [ ], who I've seen in the past and had a really wonderful experience with. I was a little nervous about the appointment but Dr. Kiley was patient and kind in answering my questions and walking me through the process of what to expect. I couldn't recommend Dr. Kiley and Dr. [ ] more!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
